高校教师校本培训的四种有效形式

摘    要:高校教师的校本培训,不仅在理论探讨以及实践运作上显得模糊,而且现有校内教师培训活动,缺乏实效。高校教师具有区别于中小学教师的职业特性,应该充分利用评价机制来促进高校教师的专业成长。如果要从外显形式来体现我们重视高校教师的校本培训,那么,青年教师讲课比赛、教师年终总结性反思、个性化的教师培训、大学教师发展论坛是四种比较有效的高校教师校本培训形式。
