| 摘 要： | 基于互联网技术、卫星通信技术和流媒体技术创建的新型远程教学系统。为构建终身学习型社会提供了有力支持。远程教学中信息传送系统是保证教学效果、实现教学信息可靠传送的关键环节。本文结合自行开发的清华大学远程教学播出系统，对构建高效能的现代远程教学系统进行了探讨。

The message transmission platform take a very important part in distance education. This thesis introduce the transmitting system in distance education of Tsinghua University , and discuss in how to construct an effective distance education system. |
