| 摘 要： | 教育面临的最大挑战就是如何不断提高教师素质，从而建立良好的师资队伍。随着IT技术的发展。人类社会进入信息时代。信息载体、传递信息、获取信息、交流信息的方式都发生了巨大变革。信息检索课作为培养大学生信息素质、创新能力的课程，更需要顺应形势，及时调整教学内容和教学方式，而及时更新教师知识结构，提高教师业务素质已成为信息检索课教学改革的关键。

| Abstract: | The biggest challenge faced by education is how to continuously improve the quality of the teachers. With the development of IT technology, human society entered information age. Great changes have happened in information carriers, transmission of information, access to information and means of exchange of information. As a training course for college students＇ information quality, information retrieval course needs to adapt to the new situation. It needs to timely adjust teaching content and teaching methods. It needs to update the knowledge structure of teachers and improve the teacher＇s quality by continuing education. This has become the key of information retrieval teaching reform. |
