| 摘 要： | 针对林产化工专业的培养目标及食品添加剂课程应用性强的特点，对该课程的理论教学及实践教学内容进行了调整与改革。引入了食品加工工艺学，注重食品添加剂的制备技术，强调教学内容的前沿性、实用性以及与相关课程之间的联系，将新的研究成果及研究方法融入实验教学内容，增设综合性、设计性实验，取得了良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | The theoretical and practical teaching contents were reformed, according to characteristics and training aims of forestry chemical indurstry specialty. Food processing technology was introduced, and pioneering and practical subject matter was emphasized also. Particularly attention was paid to the relationship among the relative subjects during reaching. New research achievements and methods were integrated into experimental teaching. Furthermore, comprehensive and designing experimentation were added. Good teaching effects were obtained. |
