| 摘 要： | 面对数字化时代的来临，如休管理好高校图书馆，激发图书馆员的工作积极性、创造性和责任感将成为图书馆工作的重点。本文认为岗位竞聘制是一个激发图书馆员潜力的有效方法，并从岗位竞聘的价值、设计与管理等方面加以阐述。
