| 摘 要： | 文章选取湖南某高校两个大一班级，随机分配为实验组和控制组，每组有效被试各40人，实验组采用翻转课堂教学，控制组采用传统课堂教学，对两种教学模式应用于大学生心理健康教育教学中的实效性进行前后测实验对比。结果表明，两种教学模式下的学生均显示出较高的课堂投入度；翻转课堂教学有效地降低了学生在情绪、自我概念和人际关系方面的非理性信念，并降低了学生的负性情绪。

A Comparative Study on the Teaching Effectiveness Between the Flipped Classroom and The Traditional Classrom---"Taking for College Students' Mental Health Education"as an Example |

| Abstract: | In order to compare the teaching effectiveness between the Flipped Classroom and the traditional Classroom, the pre-and post-test design was used to survey 160 college students of Human, who were divided into the experimental group (the flipped classroom) and the control group (the traditional teaching).The results showed that there is high-classroom commitment in two kinds of teaching; the flipped classroom teaching reduces the students' irrational beliefs and negative emotions effectively. |
