| 摘 要： | 在把日本学校体育保险的法律基础划分为一般法律、学校法律和体育法律3种类型的基础上，较系统地介绍了日本处理学校体育伤害事故赔偿及保险的相关法律，为完善我国学校体育的法制建设和学校体育保险法规提供了参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of dividing the legal foundation of sports insurance for schools in Japan into three types of laws,namely, general law,school law and physical education law,the author systematically introduced Japanese correlative laws for handling sports injury claim and insurance, providing a reference for perfecting the construction of the legal system for physical education in schools in our country, and for the laws and regulations of sports insurance for schools. |
