| 摘 要： | 规范的高校教师职业行为有助于其获得职业成功和幸福。基于心理学视野的系统分析,高校教师教育者角色的职业行为主要包括对大学生的理解、激励、指导和示范;管理者角色的职业行为主要包括课堂管理、组织集体活动和协调人际关系;科研者角色的职业行为主要有专业学习、创造发现和合作交流;社会服务者角色的职业行为主要包括科学知识的应用和对社会问题的观察批判。通过理顺其心理上相倚的逻辑联系,可以消除职业行为之间的冲突,达到多重职业角色的整合。
