摘    要:教师专业认同是新世纪教师专业发展的必要前提.教师专业认同包括"认知认同"与"情感认同"两个层面,其中的"情感认同"极大地影响着教师的专业成长,而教师情感认同是有规律可循的.对教师情感认同机制的研究,有助于清醒地理解教师成长的复杂性,也有助于更好地改进教师教育,实现教师的专业发展.

Abstract:Teachers' professional identification is a prerequisite of their professional development.Such identification includes cognitive identification and emotional identification,the latter of which may have a great impact on their professional growth.A study of teachers' emotional identification will be both helpful in understanding the complexity of teachers' growth and beneficial to teacher education that leads to better professional development.
