个性化学习需求与教师培训

摘    要:中小学教师大规模继续教育培训已有10年,教师对于培训有更广阔的需求,因此满足教师个性化学习需求成为一个重要趋势。教育培训部门要主动适应形势,对促进教师个性化学习的教育培训课程及模式进行探索,以满足教师个人学习需求。教师根据自身需要参加培训,可以调动教师学习积极性和主动性,帮助教师制定个性化学习计划和个人发展目标,促进教师专业成长。这也是“以人为本”思想在教师继续教育领域中的体现。

Abstract:There have ten years for the primary and secondary teachers training. The teachers demand more for the training, so it has been an important trend to meet the needs of individual study for the teachers. The educational department should adjust to the situation actively, to probe into the training courses and models for promoting the individual study of the teachers and moot their needs. The teachers, according to their own needs to join the training, are becoming active. To help them make individual study plan and individual developing goal, to promote them growing in their majors also present the idea of "based on people" in the field of continuing education of the teachers.
