| Abstract: | The paper argues that organization action of patents strategy must be based on Nash equilibration by using thinking methods and analytical tool game theory through studying the established patent system. In modern economy,developing equilibration tactics for patents strategy is a very important organization action not only for the technical innovation, products upgrading,but also for the development of international trade. |
