| 摘 要： | 21世纪是生物的世纪。要求高校培养的人才不仅具备掌握基本理论的能力，而且具备创新理论和实践的能力。为此，首先要制定明确的培养目标，其次是确定全面提高学员综合素质的基本要求，再次是确定学员的专业知识结构和能力结构，这样可根据社会发展对人才的培养要求，努力培养具有较强创新能力的专门人才。
