| 摘 要： | 大学英语课程内容主要包括大学英语课程计划、课程标准(大纲)和大学英语教材三个部分。新中国建国以来，我国对大学英语教学大纲共进行了四次制定或修订，教学计划和教材也随之有所变化。目前正在执行的是1999年修订版。2004年1月教育部印发了《大学英语课程教学要求》(试行)部分高校已着手试行。虽然大学英语取得了巨大进步，但是，随着社会、学生、学科和学校的不断发展和变化，大学英语课程逐渐显露出需要完善和建构的一面，其建构的理论依据和建构的原则是我们首先要研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Curriculum program, standard syllabus and teaching materials consist of college English curriculum content. China has designed or revised the college English curriculum syllabus four times since liberation and the present one is the revised edition in 1999. Some colleges & universities has tried out the College English Curriculum Requirements(For Trial Implementation) printed by Ministry of Education in 2004. Despite of the progress of college English teaching, the inadequacy in present college English curriculum comes into being. The first question we should consider is the theory and rules of the construction. |
