| 摘 要： | 梅州市电大经过一年多的模索,对所承担的试点工作研究课题“平时作业的组织与管理”进行了初步总结。本文从辅导老师这一层次入手,就辅导教师对平时作业的管理目标、过程与方法、流程及评价体系等问题,进行了一些探讨,提出了一些基本概念和方法。
