摘    要:现代企业的竞争是人才的竞争,而激烈的市场竞争使得国企的人才大量的流失。流失的原因既有企业的原因,也有人才自身的原因,还有外部环境的原因。国企如何在激烈的竞争中吸引和留住人才,本文从战略和策略的角度提出了对策。

Abstract:Nowadays,the competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talented-people,but the competition of market is so fierce that the talented-people of the state-owned enterprises are largely lost.The reasons about loss of talented-people include not only the reason of the enterprise and the people,but also the reason of exterior environment.How do the state-owned enterprises to attract and keep talented-people?This paper gives countermeasure from the angle of strategy and tactic.
