| 摘 要： | 思维的目的在于研究人认识世界的规律和方法，作为一种认识问题的形式，其本身就具有重要的价值值得我们去研究。本文从教育管理学科角度出发，从学科身份的归属问题谈起，引出教育管理思维概念，探讨在教育管理研究过程中，教育管理思维的范畴与方法。
