| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外中老年人握力应用的研究进行分析,以了解握力在各研究领域中的具体应用,为今后握力的干预研究提供借鉴.方法：文章采用文献资料法,搜集国内外有关握力研究的方法,并通过对比分析法得出相应的结论.结果：握力应用最为广泛的是上肢力量的测评,以握力作为主要干预方法的,在康复领域应用较多,而且多为运动干预加药物治疗.在营养状况的评定、药物的检测、生存结局的预测多是辅助手段.另外以握力作为评价手段的较多,而且涉及面也较为广泛.结论：虽然握力具有重要意义,但采用握力运动为干预方法的研究不是特别广泛,以握力作为评价指标的应用较多.握力运动干预对疾病的恢复产生的良好效果将促进对握力的研究和应用.文献的研究方法将为运用握力锻炼来改善慢性疾病提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | objective] To analyze the domestic and foreign research on applications of grip strength in the elderly, to provide reference for the grip strength training in the future.Methods] Using literature material law, to obtain the corresponding conclusions through comparative analysis.Result] Grip strength is widely used assessment of upper body strength. The grip strength has been used widely in the field of rehabilitation as the main intervention methods, and mostly is used as exercise intervention with medication. Grip strength is mostly used as auxiliary means in the assessment of nutrition status, drug testing, survival outcome prediction.Conclusion] The research on grip strength used as intervention means is not wide, grip strength is majorly used as evaluation indicators. The good effect of grip strength in disease recovery will promote the study and application of it. The method of literature research will provide reference for using grip strength to alleviate chronic disease. |
