| 摘 要： | 在当前我国远程教育的发展进程中，学习支持服务是开放大学质量保证体系的核心与关键。面向大规模学习者提供高质量的个性化学习支持服务，或者说建立适合的个性化学习支持服务体系就显得尤为重要。就当前多样化的学习支持服务形式，从拉斯韦尔的“五W传播模式”角度剖析学习支持服务中存在的主要问题及实质，从学校、社会等不同角度探讨如何建立适合、有效的个性化学习支持服务体系。

| Abstract: | In the actual process of distance education in the current, by comparison with other open universities, combined with the establishment and development of the Open University, we found that learning support services are the core of its quality assurance system, therefore, providing high-quality, personalized learning support Services for massive learners, or providing students with appropriate personalized learning support system is particularly important. Combined with the current diverse forms of practical learning support services, from Lasswell＇s ＂five W propagation Mode＂, this article analyzes the main problems and substance discovered in the course of providing learning support services, From school to the social point of view, this paper also thinks of ways on how to establish a suitable and effective personalized learning support system. |
