| 摘 要： | 社会资本是信任的源泉,创业者在与资金供给方往复交往过程中建立个人信任。产业集群不仅优化创业者社会资本,而且使企业间信任机制由个人信任向制度信任转移。个人信任通过重复博弈使创业资金供需达成合作,制度信任通过增加欺诈成本迫使创业者履行承诺。政府应通过构建银企沟通平台、建立诚信档案、加强法规建设与支持行业协会发展、促进产业集群发展等措施,解决创业融资难问题。

| Abstract: | Social capital is a source of trust.Entrepreneurs and capital supplier build personal trust in the process of back and forth exchanges.Industrial clusters not only optimize entrepreneurs' social capital,but also change from inter-personal trust to institutional trust.Inter-personal trust reaches cooperation between capital supply and demand by repeating the game.Institutional trust forces entrepreneurs to fulfill commitments by increasing the cost of fraud.Government should take the following measures to deal with the difficult issue of venture capital financing: building bank-enterprise communication platform,establishing credit files,strengthening laws and supporting the development of industry associations,promoting the development of industrial clusters. |
