摘    要:汉语国际教育与国际移动通信-2000(IMT-2000)或称第三代移动通信(3G)结合的发展问题目前研究较少。基于3G的汉语国际教育要以汉语国际教育工作团队(CIET)为模式开展工作,以汉语国际移动教育网(CIMEN)建设为基础,以汉语国际教育资源库(CIER)建设为工作核心,以流媒体技术(SMT)为手段解决多媒体传输问题,以3G手机为教与学的便利工具,以获取政府支持和走产业化道路为发展途径。这是通过对教育队伍、网站建设、资源库建设、媒体处理、教与学工具、发展途径等主要问题进行分析后提出的整合策略,从而将使基于3G的汉语国际教育成为现实。

Abstract:The integration of the international pedagogy of the Chinese language with IMIT-2000, or 3G technology is not well studied at present. The 3G based international pedagogy of the Chinese language should be carried out in the Chinese International Education Team (CIET) mode. The Chinese International Mobile Education Network should be established as its technical basis; the building of Chinese International Educational Resources (CIER) should be its core task; the Streaming Media Technology (SMT) should be applied to solve multi-media transmitting problems; 3G mobile phones should be used as teaching and learning tools; and government support and industrialization should be the way to growth. This integrated strategy can make 3G based international pedagogy of the Chinese language a reality.
