摘    要:大学乃“大师”汇集之所,人力资源是大学的第一资源,在大学人力资源管理,特别是管理的重要方面——人力资源配置上,研究“和”的价值和现实功用,让中国传统智慧在应用中回归现代,让优秀传统文化与现代文化组织充分对接,是和谐思维方式在特定范围内的运用,是文化自觉的体现。

Abstract:Universities are "masters" colletced places, human resource comes first among the resources of a university. In human resource disposal, an important part of university human resource management, "harmony" has great value and it can make Chinese traditional wisdom recur, thus comes to the abutment of excellent traditional culture and modem cultral orgnization, forms the concrete utilization of harmonious thingking method and reflection of cultral consciousness. The article briefly analyses the characteristics of "harmony" culture and the present problems existing in university human resouce disposing, and then points out a new concept with apply of "harmony".
