| 摘 要： | 以色列职业教育体系比较完善,技术课程与学徒制并行、非营利性职业学校网络、教育部设专业认证体系、专门的成人职业教育项目是其主要特征。未来以色列职业教育仍需改革和扩大高质量的职业教育、有效提高行业生产率、应对技能和人才短缺。这些因素相应地推动着以色列职业教育长期发展。

| Abstract: | Israel’s vocational education system is relatively perfect.Its main features are the parallel of technical courses and apprenticeships,the network of non-profit vocational schools,the professional certification system set up by the Ministry of Education and the specialized adult vocational education projects.In the future,Israel’s vocational education still needs to reform and expand high-quality vocational education,effectively improve industrial productivity,and cope with the shortage of skills and talents.These factors accordingly promote the long-term development of vocational education in Israel. |
