| 摘 要： | 针对目前福州市产学研合作创新机制不够完善，缺乏有效的技术市场、有效的激励机制、信息沟通渠道、政府拨款少、筹资渠道单一等方面问题，通过调研，提出要加大投资力度，采取积极措施，构建产学研联盟，实施产学研联盟示范工程，搭建市场化的产学研服务平台，不断提高自主创新能力，推动海峡西岸区域创新体系建设。

| Abstract: | The problems of production, teaching and research cooperation in Fuzhou are pointed out, such as imperfect mechanism of innovation, lacking of effective technology market and incentives, less communication channels and government funding, single fund-raising channels Through research, countermeasures are put forward, such as increasing financial input, constructing production and teaching and research alliances, setting up platform for production, teaching and research, improving the ability of independant innovation, and promoting construction of innovation system in the west side of strait. |
