| 摘 要： | 2009年12月,巴塞尔委员会发布了《增强银行体系稳健性》和《流动性风险计量、标准和监控的国际框架》的征求意见稿,对现行资本监管标准进行修订和补充,并建立新的流动性监管标准。文件体现了巴塞尔委员会为解决金融危机所暴露出的银行监管方面的问题而采取的整体策略。从此次金融危机对银行国际监管体系的影响入手,旨在对国际监管框架修订的核心内容加以整理归纳,并将修订可能对商业银行现有运行产生的影响加以分析。
