| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化的发展和终身教育体系的逐步完善，中国高等教育在规模和形态布局方面需要实施新一轮发展战略重点的转移。根据经济社会的发展趋势和科教兴国、人才强国战略提出的新要求，成人高等教育面临巨大挑战。文章认为其发展重点应由外延式发展为主转向内涵式发展为主，由硬形态转向软实力。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education and the improvement of life long education system,Chinese higher education needs a new transfer of strategic focus in the lay-out and the scale of development.According to the economic and social development trends and the new requirements of Strategies of Rejuvenating China through Science and Education and Revitalizaing China through Talents,adult higher education faces great challenges.We believe that its strategic focus should transform from extension to intension development,and from hard power to soft strength. |
