摘    要:加入WTO后,企业尤其是大中型企业,面临着跨国公司更为严峻的挑战。然而,企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人才是企业制胜的战略资源。为了更好地促进企业的发展,并以信息不对称性理论为前提,从激励和约束的角度分析了企业如何才能实现人力资源的合理配置.以此来建立现代企业制度,推动我国企业实现现代化的飞跃。

Abstract:After joining WTO, the enterprises face more severe challenge of the trans-corporation, especially large and medium-sized enterprises. However, the competition of the enterprises is the talent's competition after all, the talent is the strategic resource that an enterprise won victory. In order to bring about an advance in enterprise better, the article based on asymmetric information theory and analyzed how the enterprises realize the rational disposition of the human resources by the viewpoint of encouragement and restraint, set up the system of modern enterprise, come to promote the enterprises to realize the modernized leap and have important realistic meanings.
