| 摘 要： | 在信息技术日益发展的今天,利用高校学术会议与学术交流资源,将现代信息技术应用于学术会议和学术交流活动的实际操作中已经成为一个热门研究话题。它的设计为各高校的学术机构提供了一套整合学术资源的良好模板。它将当前最新的信息领域相关技术例如用户权限管理技术、信息整合技术、信息搜索技术、统一平台的异构功能模块建设等先进技术引入这一领域,大大提高了学术资源的利用程度,避免了学术资源的大量流失,同时也健全和完善了对学术资源的权利保护,对我国的学术建设有很好的指导示范作用。

| Abstract: | How to use university resources and computer technology for academic conferences and academic exchanges has become a hot research topic with the rapidly development of information technology.It is a good template for colleges,universities and academic institutions to integrate academic resources.By using latest computer technology,such as user privilege management,integration of information technology,information search technology and so on,it could not only avoid the massive loss of academic resources,but also strengthen the protection of academic resources.It plays a good role in academic building in China. |
