| 摘 要： | 以移动商务供应链为研究对象,在调查中国移动、中国联通、中国电信等三个运营商的基础上,分析了构成我国移动商务供应链的参与者、参与者之间的价值分配以及供应链上的信息流和服务流,提出了我国移动商务供应链框架模型,并以"中国移动"进行案例分析,研究了"中国移动"增值服务,以该移动商务供应链框架模型对"中国移动"提供的各类增值服务进行了系统的解释,从而检验了该供应链的合理性.
