| 摘 要： | 流行语不是热门词语,也不是高频词语,《中国语言生活状况报告》课题组使用的"流行语"实际上是"热门词语"和"高频词语"的复合体,语言学界应当有自己的流行语定义,我们认为流行语的语言学界定是"当流行以语言为载体,而且具有语法组合或语义组合的创新时,就形成了流行语",这一定义使我们更多地关注流行语的语言形式的创新及其语义演变过程,更有利于理解语言变化的社会动因。流行语具有流行性、创新性、变异性和模因性四大特点。

| Abstract: | Popular expressions are not equivalent to the hot words or high-frequency words.The term "popular expressions" introduced by the research group titled The Profile of Linguistic Life in China refers to the combination of hot words with high-frequency words.Linguistics is expected to have an alternate way to define popular expressions.This paper holds that a verbal configuration can be classified as a popular expression when it is characterized by originality in terms of grammatical or semantic structure.This definition directs our attention to the originality regarding the form of the popular expression and the derivation of its semantic content,making it easy for us to understand the social motivation in language evolution.Popular expressions are characterized as popularity,originality,variability and meme. |
