摘    要:高职酒店管理专业毕业生面对的,一面是“供不应求”,一面是“低行业就业率”。如此怪象原因来自于“高位就业”人才培养目标的无法完成。为达到使学生“高位就业’’的目标,要将校内实训室进行的操作技能课程安排在企业;学生要观摩企业各岗位技能大赛;安排学生到合作企业参加计时服务:根据人才培养规格要求有针对性地开设酒店管理实用课程。

Abstract:On the one hand,what graduates face in the major of higher vocational hotel management is that supply falls short of demand;on the other hand,it is low industrial employment rate,which dues to the talents’ training goal of high employment cannot be accomplished.In order to achieve its goal,it needs to arrange the operation skills curriculum from practical training room inside colleges to enterprises.Students should learn the skills competition of each post in enterprises.It also needs to arrange students to take part in timing service in cooperated enterprises.According to talents’ training standard it needs to set up practical curriculum in hotel management specifically.
