| 摘 要： | 党内监督是党的建设的一个基本原则，也是从严治党的一个重要环节，要从严治党，强化党内监督，就必须对党内监督的重要性和必要性，对新时期党内监督的新特点，对党内监督的成效及不足，以及加强党内的监督机制等问题进行系统的思考，以更好地发挥党内监督在加强党的建设中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The supervision within the Party is not only a basic principle for the construction of the Party,but also a key link of administering the Party.So we must take into full consideration the significance,the necessity,the new features in the new era,the strong points as well as the weak ones,and the effective me chanism of supervision within the Party so that the function of supervision within the party can be put into full play in the construction of the Party. |
