| Abstract: | The adult education reform and development,based on the concept of lifelong education,is the trend in the 21st century.Adult education should be regarded as an expansion of degree education.It emphasizes the technology application and the capabilities of development.Shorter study periods,concise content and more practice should be the target of adult education reform.As for the new development of adult education,the following mode of the combination of vocational education and degree education should be adopted appropriately:constantly strengthen degree education in order to form the overall development of three-year students’ education,undergraduate education and postgraduate education;actively explore the mode of adult education reform which is focused on the cooperation between colleges and companies in order to enhance the teaching quality of adult education;provide all kinds of further education and on-the-job training in order to really realize the individualized education and demand education;take pre-service education of undergraduates as the necessary part of further education in order to deal with problems in a practical and effective way. |
