| 摘 要： | 信息环境是社会环境的一个重要组成部分。人、信息、信息基础设施、信息政策与法律是宏观信息环境的基本构成要素。本文就根据信息环境的基本构成要素从信息环境系统的概念演变、信息环境的人、信息的表述、信息载体的演进以及信息政策与法律这5个方面论述了信息环境的演变。
