| 摘 要： | 建设学习型政党是形势发展和时代要求使然。为提高学习型党组织建设水平,必须站在党性的高度对待学习,用学习型组织的理念引导学习,将学习由＂软任务＂变成硬约束,真正把学习型党组织建设的要求落到实处,使党组织的学习及各项建设迈上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | Constructing the learning Party is the need of situation development and era requirement.To elevate level of constructing the learning party,we have to take it seriously and use the learning party idea to guide study,turn study from a soft task to a strict restriction,thus put construction of the learning party into practice,the aim is to make the learning party and related constructions to a new ladder. |
