英美职业能力标准体系及对我国成人教育培训的启示

摘    要:英美两国成人职业能力标准体系为证明劳动者的能力和表现提供了一个共同的基准,也为成人职业的教育和培训决策、课程开发、教育和培训投入提供了科学、规范的依据,是引领当今世界能力本位成人职业教育发展的行动指南,其设计理念、管理和内容架构及其在成人职业教育中的角色,为我国建构科学的成人"职业标准体系",促进成人职业教育的发展提供了诸多的借鉴。

Abstract:The adult education skill standards system of Bristih-American provides a common basis for certifying skill and performance achievement,benchmarks for making education and training decisions,developing curricula,and directing funds toward highest value education and training investment,which guide the develoment of the cometencybased vocational education nowadays in the world,the design ideas,structure and administration of which may bring lots of reference for the establishment and application of Chinese occupation standards system as well as promoting audlt vocational education developmmnet.
