| 摘 要： | 毕业论文是电大开放教育实践环节的一个重要环节，其质量的好坏直接关系着学员的毕业成绩和学校的声誉。然而通过近年来毕业生的论文分析，发现存在有不少严重的问题，为了进一步深化集中实践环节的教学改革，提高学员的综合实践能力，本文在总结近年来行政管理专业毕业作业经验的基础上，针对毕业作业写作过程中存在的问题，提出实践环节毕业作业改革的对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Graduation paper designing is one of the important stages in distance education.The quality of paper is closely related to the students' graduation grades and the university's reputation.However,there exist many serious problems in students' papers.In order to deepen the reform and improve the students' comprehensive practical ability,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on many years experience of summing up graduation requirements. |
