| 摘 要： | 对受教育者的学习需求考虑得不细,是目前继续教育课程设计中的一个比较突出的问题。继续教育应以教师专业发展阶段理论作为课程设计的依据,综合规划课程。突出分类课程、分层设计的特点,既能保证继续教育的可持续发展,又切实满足受教育者的发展需要。

| Abstract: | The idea of the course design and comprehensive planning in continuing education is that we have not given careful consideration to the need of teacher education. Continuing education should base on the theory of the course design in teachers' professional development, plan the courses comprehensively, emphasize the classifying course and design at different levels so as to ensure the sustainable development of continuing education and the need of teacher education. |
