高校教师专业化成长阶段的研究

摘    要:高校教师是实现高教强国的核心力量,高校教师的专业化程度如何,从根本上决定着高等教育的质量,影响着高等教育的成败。高校教师的专业化是集学术性、教育性、社会性和创新性为一体的动态发展过程。高校教师的专业化有五个成长阶段,应从每个阶段的成长特点出发,制定各阶段的专业发展目标,分类指导高校教师的专业发展,对高校教师实施发展性评价,采取有力措施促进有潜质的优秀教师成长为卓越教师。

Abstract:The professionalization level of university teachers basically determines the higher education quality.The professionalizing of university teachers,as a dynamic process,combines in one the academic,educational,social and innovative factors.It includes five stages with different goals in each.Different guidance should be offered to the university teachers,developmental assessment should be adopted and effective measures should be taken to help those potentially good university teachers to develop into distinguished ones.
