| 摘 要： | 论述了网络财务管理足企业全面实现电子商务的前提条件，介绍了中国财务软件从弱小到强大的发展历程，分析了网络财务软件的几大特点，得出如下结论：网络财务软件将引领中小企业从财务管理开始，逐步实现企业内部资源的合理配置和管理，为企业全面开展电子商务奠定坚实基础。

| Abstract: | This paper indicates that network finance management is the base condition for enterprises to realize E-commerce,introduces development course of China finance software from weakness to mightiness,and analyzes its specialties.Then the paper reaches a conclusion:network finance software will leads medium-sized&small enterprises to realize reasonable collocation and management of enterprises resources,establish a firm foundation for enterprises to develop E-commerce. |
