林德曼成人教育思想及现实意蕴

摘    要:林德曼是美国成人教育史上最先系统地阐述成人教育思想的学者,他在进步主义教育思想背景下积极地探索成人教育思想,为世界各国成人教育理论与实践的发展提供了宝贵的资源。林德曼提出成人教育具有终身性、非职业性、经验性、社会性的特征,以及团体讨论法和情境法的教学方法,对我国成人教育的改革发展具有独特的借鉴价值。

Lindeman's Thought of Adult Education and Its Practical Implication

Abstract:Lindeman is the first scholar in the history of American adult education to systematically expatiate on adult education thought.He actively explores adult education thought under the background of progressive education thought,which provides valuable resources for the development of adult education theory and practice in the world.Lindeman pointed out that adult education has the characteristics of lifelong,non-professional,experiential and social,and the teaching methods of group discussion and situation method have unique reference value for the reform and development of adult education in China.
