摘    要:成人教育在长期的发展历程中,其内涵与外延一直都在发生变化,包括教育理念、教学方式以及办学职能上的深刻变革,这种变革不断为成人教育带来新的发展机遇并指明新的方向。如今,在构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的时代背景下,如何使成人教育面对新的发展机遇、适应新的学习需求、谋求新的生存空间,成为新时期成人教育面临的新的命题。因此,在成人教育发展与变革的契合中,我们需要正确认识和把握这些转变,并对其从理论和实践的层面不断进行深化,从而使成人教育更富有现实意义和活力。

On the Three Changes in Adult Education Development

Abstract:In adult education development, its connotation and extension have been changed, including the education idea and teaching methods and educational functions, which have brought new development opportunities and indicated new direction for adult education. Now, in the construction of lifelong education system and learning society construction, how to make the adult education face new development opportunities, adapt to new learning needs, and seek new living space have become a new proposition in the new peri- od. Therefore, in accordance with the adult education reform and development, we need to correctly understand and constantly analyze these three changes in the theory and practice, so that the adult education could become more meaningful and active.
