| 摘 要： | :检查评价是运动训练过程的重要组成部分 ,是教练员控制训练过程的理论和实践依据。对湖北高校男子篮球运动员的身体素质、基本技术、心理特征训练水平进行了检查评价。在研究过程中 ,运用多种研究方法对反映篮球运动员身体素质、基本技术、心理特征指标进行筛选 ,最后确定了九项检查性测试指标。通过检验 ,这些指标具有较高的效度和信度。在此基础上 ,运用数理统计方法 ,确定各指标权重及标准百分 ,并制定出各项评价标准。评价方法使用简便易行 ,在前人的基础上有所突破

| Abstract: | Inspection and evaluation are the important composing parts in exercise training course. They are also the theoretical and practical gists for coaches to control the course of training. The indexes of physical fitness, basic techniques, psychological characteristics and training level of the male basketball players in Hubei colleges and universities were inspected and evaluated. In the course of the study the indexes, through which the physical fitness, basic techniques and psychological characteristics of training can be reflected, were selected by adopting various research methods. Finally, 9 indexes for inspection and evaluation were determined. Through inspection it was found that they are reliable and effective. By statistics the weighed values and standard percentages of various indexes were established. And various evaluation standards were established as well. These evaluation methods are simple and feasible, which is a breakthrough, based on the senior persons. |
