摘    要:“能本管理”是顺应知识经济时代潮流应运而生的全新的人力资源管理理念,通过构建“以能为本”的高校人力资源管理体系,使“能者有其位”,“能者上其岗”,“能者享其酬”,全面激发高校人力资源潜能,为推动高校持续发展和知识创新奠定基础。

Abstract:"Ability-oriented management" goes new management concept of human resources with knowledge economy times, and has emerged as Through building "ability-oriented" university human resources management system, we hope to realize "the able holds the place", "the able fills the spot ", and "the able enjoys the reward". It can help us fully arouse the human resource potential, promote the sustained development of higher education and lays a knowledge innovation foundation.
