| 摘 要： | 本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法及数理统计法等研究方法，对初二学生进行·心理测试。结果显示：初二学生中学习焦虑、过敏倾向、身体症状、自责倾向的得分较高；在一学期的教学实验后，对照组和实验组学生的心理健康均有所提高，实验组学生提高较为明显，尤其是MHT总分和内容量表学习焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向三个维度比其实验前存在显著性差异。
