摘    要:中国的饮食文化源远流长,博大精深,而中国特色小吃又是其重要组成部分,将小吃翻译成准确、优美、同时能够传递中国文化的译文,对于促进不同国家的人民之间的交流有着十分重要的意义。本文将重点讨论了小吃的几种翻译方法,作者认为小吃的英译应予以足够的重视,从而使中国的饮食文化得到更广泛的传播。

Abstract:Chinese cuisine is regarded as a great wonder of collection of cooking skills in foreign people’s eyes.Chinese traditional snack is its important part.Accurate and elegant translation of snack plays a significant role in promoting the interaction among peoples of different nations.The author explores Chinese traditional snack translation methods.Its translation should be taken seriously to unify the standards in the English translation so that Chinese traditional food culture will be accepted and appreciated more widely.
