| 摘 要： | 商洛旅游业的深度开发为商洛地方餐饮业带来巨大发展空间。以宣传商洛特色饮食文化为出发点,以商洛特色饮食的历史民俗和文化特点为切入点,探讨了商洛特色饮食翻译的必要性。按照汉英翻译的基本原则,借助奥运菜谱的翻译方法,归纳了商洛特色饮食及其菜品命名的写实性特点,总结出商洛特色饮食英译的几种具体实用的方法,并对商洛特色饮食中的某些菜品做初步翻译研究。
