| 摘 要： | 现代教育发展要求学校与社区要建立良好的互动关系。但近年来,乡村学校与社区的互动出现障碍,部分学校与社区完全隔离开来。笔者在对湖南大金村小学进行田野调查后发现,全能型社会时代的大金村小学在探索学校与社区有效互动方面积累了丰富的经验,比如实行学校管理村社化、教学场域开放化、教学方式实践化、教师来源本土化、人才培养社区化等。为了促进当代乡村学校与社区关系的改善,笔者建议:重新建构农村教育管理模式,充分调动乡、村各级组织的办学积极性;加强思想宣传与教育,明确学校和社区在乡村教育发展中的责任和义务;积极拓展学校与社区沟通的渠道,营造学校与社区良好互动的氛围;学校要密切关注社区经济文化发展的需要,努力为社区发展贡献自己的力量。
