| 摘 要： | 高校成人教育担负着人才培养、社会服务两大基本职能,具有对象的广泛性、形式的灵活性、过程的终身性等等典型特点,为社会培养了大批合格人才。在我国的成人教育管理取得很大进步的同时,其管理模式存在的弊端也日渐凸显,文章在分析高校成人教育管理存在的问题的基础上,探讨了完善管理模式的有效策略。
