| 摘 要： | 自新世纪以来,升格在我国高校内流行起来,并形成了一股升格热潮。针对这一话题,学者和社会各界人士真可谓仁智互见,褒贬不一。文章一方面统计了我国近十年来高校升格的数量,并扼要分析我国高校升格的特点;另一方面,对我国高校升格做一个SWOT分析,以对高校升格有一个客观、全面的认识。

| Abstract: | Since the new century,upgrading has been popular in colleges and universities,which has formed a tendency of upgrading universities.Different people express different viewpoints on this topic.On one hand,this article gathered the statistics of the amount of upgraded universities in recent decades and made a brief analysis about the characters of upgrading universities.On the other hand,a SWOT analysis of upgrading universities was made to have an objective and comprehensive recognition. |
