| 摘 要： | 大学英语的改革成效影响到中国高校广大非英语专业学生的国际视野和思维方式,影响到新一代中国人在世界舞台上的形象,因此,研究大学英语教师这个庞大群体的发展状态是一个非常重要的课题。首先分析了发展、教师发展的内涵以及大学英语教师发展的现实进程,深度剖析了阻碍大学英语教师发展的五大瓶颈。
